– يترحّم على الضحايا و الشهداء من المدنيين و من الامنيين ويرجو الشفاء العاجل لجرحى هذا العدوان.
– يدين بشدّة هذا العمل الارهابي و يؤكد بأن تونس ستبقى أرض سلام كما يريده لها شعبها.
– يدعم حق جرحى المؤسسة الأمنية و عائلات شهدائها الذين يقضون ذودا عن الوطن في الحماية و الرعاية.
– يدعو لفتح تحقيق جدي حول هذه العملية، و اعلام الرأي العام بملابساتها و خلفياتها، خاصة و ان من قام بهذه العملية ينتمي الى قوات الأمن الحاملة للسلاح.

اليوم العالمي لحرية الصحافة

في اليوم العالمي لحرية الصحافة يحي التيار الديمقراطي الصحافة الحرة في العالم. حيث يستذكر تضحيات الصحفيين في آداء واجبهم المقدس خاصة في نقل الأخبار من بؤر التوتر. وبهذه المناسبة:
– يحيي الحزب ذكرى الصحفية والإعلامية الفلسطينية المقاومة الشهيدة “شيرين أبو عاقلة” التي سقطت برصاصات العدو الغادرة في 11 ماي 2022 خلال قيامها بواجبها الصحفي بتغطيتها اقتحام جيش الاحتلال لمخيم جنين في الضفة الغربية، حيث يشدد التيار الديمقراطي على ضرورة محاسبة الكيان الصهيوني على استهدافه المتكرر للصحفيين وعلى جرائمه المتواصلة في حق الشعب الفلسطيني.
– يعبر التيار الديمقراطي عن تضامنه المطلق مع كل الصحفيين والصحفيات والإعلاميين والإعلاميات في العالم عموما وفي تونس خاصة أمام المخاطر والتضييقات التي يتعرضون لها في إطار عملهم لإنارة الرأي العام.
– يؤكد الحزب أن حرية الصحافة والإعلام هي أحد أهم ركائز الديمقراطية وأساس تحقيق العدالة الإجتماعية. حيث يجدد مطالبته بهذه المناسبة باسقاط المرسوم 54 وكل القوانين التي من شأنها تهديد حرية التعبير والصحافة. كما يطالب التيار الديمقراطي بإطلاق سراح الصحفي نور الدين بوطار وجميع الصحفيين وسجناء الرأي وإيقاف كل التتبعات القضائية في حقهم.
– يدعو التيار الديمقراطي كل الأطراف السياسية والمجتمع المدني والإعلاميين والصحفيين الى الذود عن حرية الصحافة والتعبير وحقوق الإنسان والتصدي لكل الممارسات القمعية التي تواجهها بلادنا وإلى التكاتف من أجل استرجاع الديمقراطية في تونس.

تواصل هرسلة الأستاذ غازي الشواشي

لم تكتف سلطة الانقلاب باعتقال أبرياء لما يزيد اليوم على الشهرين، بتهم باطلة و دون قرائن أو تحقيق، لتواصل هرسلة الأستاذ غازي الشواشي الذي يمثل يوم الثلاثاء 25 أفريل 2023 أمام قاضي التحقيق بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس، بتهمة على معنى المرسوم 54 المكمم للأفواه، وجهتها له وزيرة العدل التي أمعنت في تحريك النيابة العمومية ضد معارضي الانقلاب.
أمام هذه الانحرافات المتواصلة، فإن التيار الديمقراطي:
– يجدد مساندته للأستاذ غازي الشواشي و لجميع المعتقلين السياسيين و سجناء الرأي و التعبير.
– يدعو السيدات و السادة القضاة إلى عدم تطبيق المرسوم عدد 54 لسنة 2022 لمخالفته لدستور 2014 و حتى لدستور قيس سعيد الذي قده بنفسه ثم خرقه بإصدار هذا المرسوم.
يدعو كل القوى الديمقراطية والتقدمية لوقفة احتجاجية أمام المحكمة الإبتدائية بتونس يوم الثلاثاء 25 أفريل على الساعة العاشرة صباحا دفاعا على حرية الرأي و التعبير وللمطالبة بإطلاق سراح المعتقلين السياسيين.

المداهمات و الايقافات على خلفية تصريحات سياسية و غلق مقرات حزبية

تبعا لسلسلة المداهمات و الايقافات الجديدة التي طالت قيادات حزبية على خلفية تصريحات سياسية، و تبعا لغلق مقرات حزبية بقرار من وزير الداخلية تطبيقا لقانون الطوارئ اللادستوري، فإن
التيار الديمقراطي:
– يندد باستعمال تهمة التآمر على أمن الدولة التي أصبحت سيفا مسلطا على كل الأصوات المعارضة للإنقلاب بغاية تصفية خصوم سياسيين.
– يذكر بأن الخطاب الرسمي يحمل رسائل واضحة لتأليب التونسيين بعضهم على بعض، تنسحب عليها التهم التي يُستعمل القضاء لتوجيهها للخصوم السياسيين .
– يرفض بشدة غلق مقرات حزبية ومنع أنشطة سياسية بقرار إداري باستعمال قانون الطوارئ اللادستوري و يطالب بإلغاء العمل به.
– يذكر بمطالبته بمحاسبة حقيقية في اطار محاكمة عادلة، من طرف قضاء غير خاضع للسلطة التنفيذية، للتجاوزات التي ارتكبتها عدة أحزاب حكمت تونس بعد الثورة .
– يذكر جميع القوى السياسية و المدنية، بأن الصمت أو التواطؤ اليوم مع آلة القمع بدافع الخصومة السياسية، سيكون تأشيرة لهذه الآلة لكي تنال منهم غدا.
كلما زادت عزلة هذه السلطة وتعمقت أزمتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية إلا والتجأت إلى القمع والعمليات الاستعراضية ولن يردعها عن هذا إلا اقتناع المواطنات والمواطنين أن حبل الشعبوية قصير وطريقها مسدود.
كما يؤكد التيار الديمقراطي عزمه على مواصلة العمل مع سائر القوى الديمقراطية والتقدمية للتصدي لهذه الدكتاتورية الرثة واستخلاص الدروس من تجربة الانتقال الديمقراطي بسلبياتها وإيجابياتها لتقديم بديل اجتماعي وديمقراطي يؤسس لدولة عادلة تخلق الثروة وتوفر الأمان الاجتماعي لمواطناتها ومواطنيها وكل المقيمات والمقيمين بها.
